The civil service exam schedule for the entire year is released annually every July, and is available in alphabetical order or in application period order. DCAS also releases a monthly exam schedule, which you can receive over email by subscribing to our NYC Jobs Newsletter.
How You Can Apply for a Civil Service Exam. If you meet the basic requirements of the job, you can apply for your exam online or at one of our testing centers.
