These nylon flanged sleeve bushings are made from flame resistant natural Nylon 6/6, which is UL94 V2 rated. The plastic sleeve bushings do not require lubrication. Installation: Bearings should always be installed in a housing bore that provides good support for the sleeve bearing.
These PTFE sleeve bearings have very low friction and good heat discharge. Friction coefficient 0.11 (statistical). Also featured are a selection of nylon bearings flanged that are available in yellow, black or natural. Suitable for DIN h6-H7 fitting; Bearing clearance is approximately 1% of the shaft diameter after assembly.
