The Oakbrook Leadership Team is comprised of members of the congregation and the pastoral staff. The team is responsible for discerning, communicating, and promoting the spiritual direction of the church, setting the annual budget, and overseeing all financial details of the church.

Rebekah oversees the ministry staff (Preschool, Grade School, Student ministers, associates and assistants), abuse prevention policies, and programming for babies – high school. She also runs the Adoption and Thomas Ministry, foster outreach, safety team and missions partnerships and giving.
