28 Φεβ 2017 · When I start the game, it's not in full screen. I can see the frame of the game and icons in the right corner. Alt + Enter doesn't work and changing resolution too.

13 Δεκ 2010 · In the game, go to the Options menu and then the Video page from that. In the screen resolution dropdown where you choose among the available resolutions supported, choose a resolution that does not have a * after it - the * indicates a widescreen resolution.
Also if changing the resolution ingame doesn't work for you, try changing them in your Oblivion.ini. The lines should look similiar to lenght= and width=
