This section provides information and links to view probate notes pertaining to matters on the court's calendar. It also provides information as to how to communicate directly with the court regarding those notes and offers a means of requesting to continue a hearing to a later court date.

The Case Access systems are intended to assist the public in accessing available case data without having to visit the courthouse. The information provided on and obtained from this site does not constitute the official record of the Superior Court of Orange County.
The probate notes may be viewed by parties three to four weeks before the hearing online, under Online Services/Probate Notes. Remember: Probate cases are complicated. You will need to learn new words.
Probate Examiner Notes (Probate Notes) are summaries prepared by the probate examiner after reviewing your petition. This summary is transmitted to the probate judge and may assist him/her during their review of the matter.
To obtain an "official certified" record of the court, please visit the Court and request the specific documents in person or do so in writing. Certification and copy fee information is available at: https://www.occourts.org/forms-filing/fee-schedule.
