iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 form with QR code. After encoding all the needed information, please save a copy of the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF1 form on your device and print it on A4-sized paper.

Just go to https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/cef1 (this is not functional as of the moment) and fill out the necessary information depending on the type of application you belong. At the end of each application, you may set an appointment for biometrics capture and form submission.

26 Νοε 2020 · The Philippines’ Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is making it easier for Filipinos to register for the national and local election on May 2022 with the launch of its iRehistro website.
30 Σεπ 2024 · Visit COMELEC’s iRehistro website. Choose “Application Forms”. Fill out the CEF-1 online form. Print the CEF-1 on a long bond paper back-to-back. Do not sign or affix your thumbmark on the application forms yet. This must be done in the presence of the Election Officer.
28 Μαΐ 2021 · After successful verification of the applicant’s identity, he (or she) shall be given three (3) copies of the application forms to fill up. A blank Application Form is also available for download from this Website.
