The OhioHealth app lets you manage your care anytime, anywhere. You can use MyChart to communicate with your doctors, view test results, request prescription refills, and have telehealth visits.
With a few taps in the OhioHealth mobile app, you can easily find OhioHealth doctors, get directions to nearby urgent and emergency care locations, and access your MyChart health record – anytime, anyplace! Use the OhioHealth app to: • Schedule appointments.
OhioHealth MyChart offers the same access to preregistration and your medical records that you had with myOhioHealth. You also can communicate with your doctor, access your test results, request prescription refills and more. Get information, login or register for OhioHealth myChart: https://mychart.ohiohealth.com/.
Open the OhioHealth app and sign in to MyChart. Make sure your E-CheckIn is complete. Select your telehealth appointment under Upcoming Appointments , or under Visits on your MyChart home screen.
Sign in to OhioHealth MyChart. Click Visits at the top of the screen, then click on your telehealth appointment. Click Verify Your Information to begin eCheck-In.
