Employers must provide an additional 30-minute unpaid meal break to employees working more than 12 hours in a day. Several conditions must be met to satisfy the requirements for a reasonable meal break.
19 Μαρ 2024 · Although Oklahoma state law is silent on breaks for adults, federal rules fill in some of the gaps here. According to federal guidelines, although not required to provide breaks, if employers choose to provide them, any breaks lasting less than 20 minutes must be paid.
