4 ημέρες πριν · The streamlined process of registering newspapers in India under the PRP Act 2023 has been designed for simplicity and efficiency. To initiate the registration, individuals seeking to publish are required to submit an online application through the Press Sewa Portal.
It is a gateway to access Indian Government websites at Centre, State and District levels.
15 Νοε 2024 · Submit the online Registration Form; Further steps for registration will have to be taken by the publisher on the portal. The Publishers may read the Advisory for registration of periodicals. The owner should ask the printer to sign up on Press Sewa Portal separately.
4 ημέρες πριν · The Press Sewa Portal offers an array of transformative features. Publishers can now file online applications for Periodical Registration using Aadhar-based e-signatures, with a Probability Meter indicating the likelihood of successful verification.
Check the status of applications submitted to Office of Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI) for registration of titles of news paper, magazine, journal and other publications. Users can check or track status of the application for titles, by state, district, owner name and DM number.
In order to ensure compliance of this condition, the Government of India has appointed the Registrar of Newspapers, also called the Press Registrar, who maintains a register of newspapers and periodicals published in India.
