Access to Microsoft Office 365 for two years after you finish studying. An academic email address (.ac.uk) which can be used to access many student discounts. The Office suite to download and install on up to five PCs or Macs. Office online i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote. Outlook mail including calendar, people and tasks.
Sign in with your academic email address OUCU@ou.ac.uk where OUCU is your computer user name (for example abc123@ou.ac.uk). Your password will be the password you use to sign in to The Open University.

You’ll need your OU email address, ending @ou.ac.uk and your OU password to sign in to your free Microsoft 365 account to access your emails. Once signed in, click on Outlook to open your inbox in your browser and see your emails.
Your OU academic email address is OUCU@ou.ac.uk (for example abc123@ou.ac.uk). To use this email address you’ll need to sign up to Office 365, which is another free benefit to being an OU student. You’ll find out more about this in the next section.
