The 2024 Federal Benefits Open Season Begins November 11. The Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) offers a choice between 12 dental and 5 vision carriers, so you can select the right coverage for you and your family.
You can enroll in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) every year during open season. You can also enroll outside of open season if you are newly eligible or experience a qualifying life event (QLE).
Please note: The Federal Benefits Open Season ends at 11:59pm Eastern Time on Monday December 9, 2024 for the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS).

Once you enroll, your 60day opportunity for that type of plan ends. An eligible employee or retiree may also enroll during the annual Federal Benefits Open Season, which runs from the Monday of the second full work week in November through the Monday of the second full work week in December.
