3 Δεκ 2009 · Hi, I want to format my number 1234567 as 12,34,567. I tried using decimalFormat (##,##,###) but its giving output as 1,234,567. But I want output as 12,34,567. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
16 Απρ 2011 · Precision is the total number of digits, can be between 1 and 38. Scale is the number of digits after the decimal point, may also be set as negative for rounding. Example: NUMBER (7,5): 12.12345. NUMBER (5,0): 12345.
22 Ιουν 2010 · Select to_char (1234.40, ‘9999999.99’) from dual. TO_CHAR (1232.70,99999999.99) ---------------------------- 1232.70. As you can see the to_char only works partially. It keeps the two decimal places and adds a zero but then it also hads white space to the front of the number.
Decimal toround = 3.14159265; Decimal rounded = toround.setScale(2); system.debug(rounded); What's nice about this one is you can use the setScale overload that lets you specify the rounding mode you want to use.
7 Μαΐ 2007 · I am querying a field that is a NUMBER (3,1) data type and I need to have it returned as a DECIMAL with two decimal points. For example, 5 would be returned as 5.00.
10 Ιαν 2018 · one of our Oracle data sources has hundreds of tables with all numeric columns defined using NUMBER data type without precision and scale. But in fact, a column can store pure integer values or decimal values - there is no way to tell that by looking at data type alone.
