Assuming no banking and no food burned, a player could theoretically cook up to 1,500 raw foods per hour; however, factoring in bank-time, players can expect to cook between 1,300 and 1,400. The following table compares the different cooking locations by their bank proximity and corresponding items cooked per hour.
The cooking ranges requires completion of the easy Kourend & Kebos Diary in order to use, and provides an additive 5% increased chance of successfully cooking food over standard cooking ranges. This is increased to 10% with completion of the elite Kourend & Kebos Diary.
So, with tick perfect tithe games doing 20 seeds per rotation, and getting in 2 harvests of grapes (120 grapes per harvest, so 240 per hour), you could be getting 90-100k farming xp per hour (or a little more time than that, depending on how quickly you do the runs).

Bake Pie - 450k XP/HR Cooking, 105k XP/HR Magic 2.5-4.0 gp/xp depending on pies. Did it from 90 Cooking and 96 magic. Currently 98 Cooking and 97 Magic. Did a bit of alching for magic in between edit: great if you want to get xp efficiently.
