Did a bit of alching for magic in between edit: great if you want to get xp efficiently. You get some insanely good cooking xp (best ingame at 260/pie once you're 95) and its mediocre magic XP/hr. The important part is it is simultaneous.
The AFK rates assume cooking 1,385 karambwan per hour at the Hosidius kitchen up to level 96 and 1,435 karambwan per hour in the Rogues' Den afterwards. level XP/h (1t)
So, with tick perfect tithe games doing 20 seeds per rotation, and getting in 2 harvests of grapes (120 grapes per harvest, so 240 per hour), you could be getting 90-100k farming xp per hour (or a little more time than that, depending on how quickly you do the runs).
3 Φεβ 2011 · Yes, you can make profit with cooking rocktails (thanks to Amethyst_Gem for pointing that out), but considering the speed of the XP, losing some money is not going to be an issue. I bought my grapes for 450 each, and jugs of water for 275 each. Meaning 725 gp per wine. XP for 1 wine = 800 XP.
