Your level and specific gear setup matters a lot for rates so there's no easy answer that applies to everyone. On mass worlds, XP rates will peak at around 60-65k XP/hr when you're in full BiS with high RC, with worse gear and low RC the rates can sit around 30-35k XP/hr.

Mine at the golems to the east until the first portal opens. Then get as much essence as you can at the portal mime, especially if you have pouches. If you're on a world with a full 100 players in-game, then you should expect to be able to do about 4-5 runs before the guardian is at 100% power.

If you want decent xp and gp and don't care about afk, you could make steam runes. I think daeyalt works with that. Or use gotr to get 77 and just afk blood runes / use the abyss with the blood altar. You'll also want to get the rc outfit if your want profit. You can make like 1m per hour at blood runes with it.
