Cerberus is a level 318 hellhound boss who resides in her lair, deep beneath the Taverley Dungeon in the cave entrance in the north-east part of the hellhound area, which is found beyond the poisonous spiders. Defeating Cerberus requires a Slayer level of 91, along with a task of hellhounds or Cerberus herself.
Cerberus is a high level Slayer boss. A Slayer level of 91 is required to inflict damage and a slayer task of Cerberus or hellhounds. Wild pies can be used to boost the player's Slayer level, but only if they have a minimum of 86 Slayer, and the boost must be maintained for the entire kill.
Details. Walkthrough. Introduction. During the miniquest, players will need to visit Cerberus' Lair within the Taverley Dungeon. Players thus need a dusty key if they do not have at least level 70 in Agility (can be boosted with a summer pie from 65). Alternatively, players who have key master teleports can teleport to the Key Master directly.
Cerberus occasionally drops Key master teleports (1/64), which can be used to teleport to the area immediately; otherwise, players typically will get to Cerberus through the regular method of running from Taverley or Falador.
1. Go to the Arceuus church east of the library climb up on the first staircases you see. Climb down the stair case a little north or south depending on which staircase you chose. Dig anywhere to get Damaged soul bearer. Speak to the Key Master, who is found in Cerberus' Lair within the Taverley Dungeon. Receive Soul bearer.
