Method: Tele to Ghorrock, run south west until you find the altar and use bones on altar. Once done, run down to 30 wildy and tele via glory (20 wildy for duel ring - using obelisk is better if you have wildy hard done)
Wildy altar is way more gold efficient and only a wee bit less xp. I'd have to do the math, but I'm pretty sure you'd have to do some high koney makers to make up for the lost gp.
Chaos altar is great if you want to rush prayer xp and gamble on saving, but glorifying it as some kind of good PvP place is just absurd. It's literally the equivalent of pheasant 'hunting' irl. Put out bait location, kill plebs as they mindlessly run at the altar and use as many bones as possible before dying. Truly amazing!
