Contact support is a new way to reach your support agent directly within the Outlook for Mac. To report issues or report bugs, go to Help > Contact Support.
To get live chat support for Outlook, follow these steps: Visit the Microsoft Support page. Scroll down to "Contact Us". Select "Show expanded list of products". Click on the Outlook icon. Type in your issue. Scroll down to "Contact Support. Select "Live Chat".
1. In Outlook, click Help > Check For Updates. 2. If an update is found, download and install it. 3. Restart Outlook. 4. If the problem continues, click Help > Contact Support.
10 Οκτ 2012 · There is not a "chat" feature on this forum. But if you are just looking for chat support in general from Microsoft, use this Contact Us link and then click on "Microsoft Customer Service". There is a link for Live Chat there.
