The following guidance is intended to help overnight youth and family camps formulate and implement plans for safe re-opening starting June 1, 2021, and provides public health recommendations that are expected to apply throughout the summer of 2021 and will be reviewed regularly by CDPH.
14 Μαΐ 2021 · As California expands COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to young people ages 12 to 15, the state has released new guidance for overnight summer camps geared toward reopening this June.
The guidance below is specific to Overnight/Organized Camps and designed to reduce the risk of disease transmission and outbreaks in those settings. Please note that businesses such as overnight camps are free to be more restrictive in their safety requirements than County orders mandate.
Thanks to the Camp Kanata Annual Campaign, we offer financial assistance for overnight and day camp programs. Interested families must first register for a program, and then complete the financial assistance application below.
