Here's my issue: I've found many websites talking about step-by-step ways of syncing other accounts (such as Gmail) in Outlook accounts via OWA (Outlook Web App). The steps are: open your Outlook account on " https://outlook.live.com/" > Settings button > View all Outlook Settings > Mail > Sync email.
