It’s a scam. I’m an honest idiot, Ozzie team are crooks. Apparently I clicked a button requesting I pay full price rather than the discounted offer - £152 taken from my account.
I found myself panicking when the mobile number provided wasn't answering at all, although thankfully I had them respond via email helpful enough with my circumstances and offered a 30% refund with the intent of keeping the units.
The claims this company makes about its products absolutely, unequivocally defy the laws of physics and it is therefore, without question, a total scam. Do not attempt to purchase anything from them, do not even contact them.

She purchased several units and then received a "valued customer" email which then debited her account for another 3 units - no function to cancel. I would like to return all 6 units ($384.84) due to misleading conduct and automated purchases for additional units.
