PCB is dedicated to public protection by establishing and monitoring certification standards and examination development for professionals in the behavioral, physical, and community health fields in addition to providing management and consultation services.
Search Education. The listed trainings are from organizations who have paid to have education offerings marketed on the PCB website. They are not approved or reviewed by PCB, rather they are paid advertisements. Applicants/credentialed professionals are not required to use/attend these trainings.
Applicants must completion the seventy-five (75) hour approved peer specialist certification training. Current approved training providers: Copeland Center; The Institute for Recovery; RI Consulting; The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. Submit a completed application including the following signed pages
The Copeland Center is also a vendor of the two-week CPS certification training, they offer free webinars (online trainings) about WRAP, and many other learning opportunities.

This training is for professionals who are interested in applying for the Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and/or the Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS) through the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PA Certification Board, 2021).
