The Department of Health is the lead agency for emergency medical services (EMS) in the commonwealth. The Department’s Bureau of Emergency Medical Services is responsible for the statewide development and coordination of a comprehensive system to prevent and reduce premature death and disability.

The EMS Voluntary Event Notification Tool (E.V.E.N.T.) system collects anonymous reports of EMS system safety events for the purpose of preventing future events across the system.
Providers can now access the new EMS Registry. Everyone will only have one user id for the system, which will be pa and the provider’s certification number (i.e. pa123456). When the provider logs into the system for the first time, they will log in with their new user id. They will use Password1 as the temporary password.
1 Απρ 2022 · EMS Registry. The Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of EMS develops and maintains the EMS Registry System. This system contains and tracks all data associated with EMS Providers, EMS Agencies, EMS Training Institutes, EMS Certification Classes and EMS Continuing Education Courses.
The EMS Authority operates the EMS Central Registry, a public access database that provides information about licensing and certification status of EMTs and paramedics. The EMS Authority manages the state's medical response to major disasters.
