PA Careerlink should be able to help you out. I spent 4-5 weeks calling and emailing the UE office with no response. I was on the phone with a Careerlink counselor and I just passively mentioned I can’t get in touch with the UE office and I need to get paid.
When all else fails, keep trying the statewide toll-free number for the UC Service Centers, 888-313-7284 on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays and prepare to re-dial. Fill out this form. Please save the 888-313-7284 - UC Hotline to verify calls or texts are from the UC Service Center. Never give out your personal information on websites or social media channels – especially those that claim they can help you apply for UC benefits. Third parties can’t apply for your benefits.
The phone number xxx-xxx-7284 - is just a busy / disconnected signal. No message. I have sat three times and just hit redial 30+ times. Also tried from the land line thinking maybe my cell is blocked. I have sent email to UChelp @ .... but no response.
