File an Initial Application. If you file online, you’ll receive a confirmation page at the end of the online application and a confirmation email. This email will include the date you will need to file your continued claim — also called your weekly certification.

Sign in with an existing Keystone ID, or select Register Now to create a new account. Follow the steps to file a new claim. Confirm your information and, when prompted, select Verify with ID.me. Sign in with your ID.me account and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA).
After you open an unemployment claim, you must file a claim every two weeks at www.uc.pa.gov or by calling 888-255-4728 and: Report any hours you worked. Report any paid time off (PTO) you received.
