Cash tolls are no longer collected at the Bridge. Instead, motorists can use one of four easy ways to pay a Golden Gate Bridge toll — a FasTrak Account, a License Plate Account, a One-Time Payment, or a Toll Invoice.
If you are visiting the San Francisco Bay Area with out-of-state or out-of-country license plates and plan on crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, your best toll payment options are a One-Time Payment or a License Plate Account.
You have 48 hours to pay a toll after crossing the bridge. Payments can be made online , over the phone or in person by contacting the Customer Service Center . Short-term one-time payment accounts also receive a discount.
