13 Ιαν 2024 · For the cost of the Palstar AT5K antenna tuner one would think that quality control would be a bit better. I will say this though, nobody and nothing is perfect including me.

Rating: 2020-10-18. The best tuner I've ever owned. Time Owned: 6 to 12 months. In my rather long amateur radio career I've owned a number of antenna tuners, both manual and automatic, and honestly believe the Palstar AT2KD is the most versatile of any of them.
Going Strong in Year 6! Time Owned: more than 12 months. The antenna matching unit, of course, being in the shack, is more of a transmission line - plus - antenna matching unit. We purists might argue, but the fact is the AT-1500CV has served me well for over six years.

Well lets just say that the AT1KM tune my ZeroFive 43 ft vertical antenna without blinking at an amazing 1.00 swr on 80 and 1.2 swr on 160 from 1.800-1.999, how about that. Simply the best tuner I've ever owned. 5 stars
