15 Απρ 2024 · Players highlighted accidentally setting their pals to ‘don’t attack’ mode or encountering size and distance issues as potential causes. Checking and adjusting these settings and aspects can potentially restore normal pal behavior in combat situations.
Like many have pointed out, at a certain point in the game pals just do not want to battle when thrown out to combat an enemy. They almost get stuck in an animation loop. It seems to be amplified during boss battles. I may have found a fix. I had 2 bases with 15 pals at each.

Hold down 4, this will bring up the Pal Command menu. Mouse over to the correct behavior you want to use, (and I believe left click).

My Pals aren't fighting at all when I'm in a boss tunnel, boss tower, or just regular enemy NPC's attacking me. They just stand there. My base Pals are completely fine, but I dont kno whow to fix this.

I essentially just use my entire party as meat shields while I do all the work. Iv tried taking them out of my party.
