6 Μαΐ 2020 · My 2007 Pioneer plasma TV (PDP 505CMX) has no HDMI inputs at all. I got an HDMI-to-component converter for it and connected it to the Roku Express + (2018).
Roku Ultra with an older HD plasma TV with 1080i resolution. Just more of an FYI: I have a Kuro 5080HD (2008) with a Pioneer receiver from (~2010). I have my 4k Roku Stick set ‘manual’ to output 1080p (the TV is 768p), but ‘auto’ works as well.

11 Αυγ 2017 · My twobits. I have a 2006 Panasonic Plasma TV in perfect working condition. Will the Roku work with this TV? There are USB and HDMI plug ins.
29 Μαΐ 2018 · I am still using my Panasonic ZT60 and see no reason to replace it. The older plasma panels are rated at 60,000 hours and the newer ones are rated for 100,000 hours! I used my previous plasma 42" panel for 10 years.
13 Φεβ 2024 · Yes, you can switch between your Roku and other TV inputs like cable or satellite as you please. Think of your Roku as an additional option rather than a replacement. You can hop between cable and Roku content as easily as changing channels. What should I do if my Roku isn’t displaying on my old TV?
