The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department currently manages more than 220 parks, playgrounds and open spaces throughout San Francisco, including two outside city limits—Sharp Park in Pacifica and Camp Mather in the High Sierras.
There are 1,001 different ways to enjoy our park, from active recreation like basketball, soccer and jogging, to more passive activities like lawn bowling, horseshoes and model yacht sailing. Our playgrounds, including the flagship Koret Children's Quarter, are some of the most popular in the city.
