Parker's Creek Campground is located on the Western shore of Jordan Lake. Campsites are available for RV, tent, and group camping. There are 250 campsites available and 150 of the sites have electrical hook-ups. All campsites feature a picnic table, grill, and lantern holder.

Located in Chatham County 30 miles west of downtown Raleigh, Jordan Lake State Recreation Area includes seven access areas that provide plenty of camping, boating, and swimming opportunities.
3.2 mile mostly flat RT trail on north side of Seaforth in the Parker’s Creek Campground area, connects all campsites to the Jordan Lake Beach. Some nice sections but not well maintained. Trailhead located at closest parking area near the fee check-in station.

Parker's Creek Campground - Jordan Lake State Recreation Area is located in Chatham County, 21 miles southwest of Raleigh off US 64, and can be reached via NC 751 or US 15-501 from Durham and Chapel Hill. The entrance to Parker's Creek is on US 64.
