20 Νοε 2019 · As of Nov. 18, Arlington has a new water-sewer-refuse Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal. You will no longer be able to access your utility account via the old Click2Gov system but payments can still be made through the County Treasurer’s customer payment portal, CAPP.
