Below you may download forms associated with registration and titling of your manufactured home, mobilehome, commercial modular, floating home, and truck camper. Applications for some types of registration and titling processes can be completed using Codes and Standards Online Services (C&S OS).
All applicants pay a $50 Fee and Tax Waiver Processing Fee. Did you purchase your home? Add the $10 Mobilehome Recovery Fund fee (MHRF). Is there a legal owner on record for the home? 5 Ιαν 2013 · You can register your mobile home in person at one of these locations and can renew your registration online. Register for the first time in person by going to one of the Department of Housing and Community Development Offices.

However, depending upon where your manufactured home is located, there may be other taxes or fees necessary to pay off any voter-approved general obligation bonds or other indebtedness which could result in a slightly higher overall property tax rate.
