Child and Adolescent Inpatient Treatment. Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington offers inpatient behavioral health treatment to children as young as five years old. Inpatient care focuses on providing immediate crisis stabilization and resolution.
The hospital is also certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an advanced Level III Maternal and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing specialized care to our tiniest patients.
The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) is a 12-bed inpatient unit located within the main campus of Texas Children’s Hospital. The IRU provides medical and rehabilitation nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week with therapy services Monday through Saturday.
