Lack of response from customer service. Purchased an engraving pen only for a few hours later the price to be reduced. I therefore contacted customer service since the item had not yet been dispatched, and they said they would match the discounted price and give a partial refund for the difference.
1 Μαρ 2014 · The trick with Pen&Sword is that there's no answer to this question. They publish some pretty terrible stuff, but then they go and publish something absolutely excellent. I did give a pretty bad review to one Pen&Sword book last year.

You can use Amazon KDP, Apple, Nook, Smashwords, and Draft2Digital, to name a few of the many reputable self-publishing services. With these companies, you can publish a book with only a minimal investment in preparing your book.
