Penn State now offers a Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma) in addition to the traditional paper diplomas that are mailed out after commencement once degrees are conferred. The CeDiploma is available to graduates of the Spring 2020 class and forward.

If you no longer have a copy of your diploma, you must first place an order for a replacement diploma to be notarized. We do not have copies of student diplomas on-file. You must provide us with a digital scan of the diploma.
Diplomas are mailed to the home address (via priority mail) approximately three weeks after degree conferral. Please note that special inks are used in the printing of your diploma; do not store it in a cedar chest. Diplomas measure 8.5" x 11". Transcripts. The official transcript is the University’s official statement of your academic record.
Diplomas and certificates are processed by the Office of the University Registrar (University Park) after all courses and grades are verified. Please make sure that your diploma address is accurate; that is where all documents are mailed.
