I had a terrible time dealing with Pet Airways. The brief overview of what happened (my complaint): I booked a cross country flight from for my dog in November 2011 for a flight with a departure date in January 2012. Eight days before the departure date, Pet Airways cancelled the flight (notifying me via email).
Recently, a new pet-only airline opened for business - Pet Airways. The airline's website explains that they are a new, safe alternative to pet travel on conventional airlines. And the website also seems to treat its "pawsengers" and their human owners with care.
Yes, Pet Airways are Unreliable. They didn’t even bother themselves to explain why they cancelled all the flights. No, I’m not upset. I’m furiously angry. No flight. No money back. No time left.
