The needs of PetSmart employees should never come at the expense of the well-being of clients. Our dog is now traumatized and will likely carry this fear into future grooming experiences. PetSmart must reassess its approach to customer care and ensure that the well-being of pets and their owners is prioritized.
Deception at Petsmart. They advertised a $10. discount on their site for a purchase of $50. or more with free delivery on July 4th. The advertisement has a place to go for terms but it couldn’t be opened. I made a purchase of $57.97 to be delivered on that day but it didn’t show the discount.
Have been going to petsmart aurora for years and always had one groomer who did great w my big guy. He is a sensitive pup.
