27 Οκτ 2020 · The twisting works miracles for concealment, especially for appendix carry. The included mod wing has two adjustments so you can control just how much torque you put on the holster. If you carry traditional IWB or the dreaded small of the back (SOB), you can remove the wing for comfort.
30 Νοε 2022 · Concealed carry can be tricky and finding the right holster that works for you can be even trickier. A few months ago, I purchased the Enigma Express holster belt from PHLster for my concealed carry. I’ve used it since I got it and here are my thoughts.
23 Μαρ 2021 · Until now, I had the choice of utilizing holsters with bulky external clips that did not lend themselves to optimal concealment whilst in PT clothing, and while functional, led me to want something that would facilitate the carriage of a service-sized pistol comfortably.
4 Αυγ 2022 · PHLster designed the Pro Series with a rounded, ergonomic muzzle that reduces hotspots and adds comfortability to carrying concealed. This extra space allows for threaded barrels and comps on the end of the muzzle as well.
The holster has the usual array of holster adjustments — cant angle, ride height, and so on — but what sets the Summit apart is its use of wedges to fine-tune the grip angle, loop position, and grip rotation.
Any non-light-bearing AIWB holster with a concealment wing using 5/8-inch-on-center hole spacing, such as the Dark Wing, ModWing, or RCS VG2 is compatible (see sidebar for a pre-production example). Sidecar-type holsters with an attached magazine carrier are a no-go with the Enigma.
It works with all PHLster IWB holsters except light bearing (Floodlight compatible Enigma coming in January). Skeleton, Classic, and City Special are all good to go. 👍🏽 If the holster you're looking at has a TuckStrut, you may want to head over and grab a Dark Wing from DSG, because they work the best with the Enigma's panel geometry.
