20 Μαρ 2022 · VPUniverse is a site dedicated to digital pinball simulations and anything pinball in general. Our primary focus is on Digital Pinball formats including Visual Pinball, Future Pinball, and many more pinball simulators.
1) Purchase a roll of clear acetate for the stencils and a can of easy tac to stick them. 2) Draw stencil design in a vector drawing program (I used Inkscape). 3) Print stencils to-scale (i.e. full size) on paper. 4) Using a clear cutting mat, cut acetate stencils directly on top of plans.
Repair damaged pinball playfield or cabinet artwork by scanning, editing, printing decal, applying. Use a scanner or camera and edit on computer.
If you’re doing an entire cabinet, or the graphics are more complex, then it’s usually best to go with a stencil or silk screen. Stencils are typically made from thin mylar with an adhesive backing or acrylic sheets that can be held in place temporarily with a tack spray, and are re-usable.
