I don't believe the Pine Club has a specific dress code. Shorts or ratty blue jeans would probably be inappropriate. Men will be asked to remove their hats. Dress jackets and ties are not required, and are not prevalent. Just use good sense.

This means that men are expected to wear collared shirts, slacks or khakis, and closed-toe shoes. Women are encouraged to wear nice dresses, skirts, or dress pants with blouses or tops.

You cannot wear a hat, athletic shorts, or have holes in your jeans; at least that's what we were told over the phone. With my friend being from out of town, all he had was athletic shorts, so he had to borrow some of my clothes, which was pretty annoying.
