Our stats suggest the iron didn’t blow away the competition on raw data, but part of this could be due to the fact the club wasn’t quite matched to our test pro.

14 Οκτ 2010 · One negative that I forgot to mention is the ti faces seems to mark-up/ and leave ball marks like a forged face. That would be my main complaint, the faces seems to not hold up like typical cast Ping iron faces.
11 Σεπ 2008 · Ping Rapture V2 Irons. Golf Monthly Verdict. Just about the most forgiving irons I’ve ever hit. The combination of perfectly weighted, deep cavity heads and high-quality graphite shafts meant any contact with the clubhead, however peripheral, still produced an impressive flight.
My only complaint in working it into my bag was that turning the ball over to the left was not easy. At first, the predominant ball flight was a slight fade, but once I spent time on it, a draw was much easier to produce on command.
