Yes, the current admin is not involved that much anymore more than barely keeping it alive. He said 6 years ago that "TPB is dead to me" and "TPB 2016 is a money machine. It didn't used to be like this. There is no way saving the site since that would mean less profit for the current owner.
But losing 30% of its revenue pushes that kind of game from making a small profit to losing money. If you are making $3000 a month, and after paying all your rent and all your bills, you have $400 left over, your not exactly killing it financially.
