The headset worked on a different Windows 10 computer which was recently upgraded from Windows 7. I tried it on my own Windows 10 computer (also an upgrade) and it doesn't recognize it. I also made sure Windows 10 had all patches and updates installed.
2 Απρ 2012 · I'm on windows 10 using a Plantronics headset. My issue was that when I disconnected the headset, my speakers didn't kick back in. Plugging in my 1/8" headphones didn't connect the audio back up either, but plugging the original headset back in got sound through it.
