In my current campaign the DM is allowing us to use a pricing chart to buy magic items. The cost of a +1 Armor is listed as 1,500gp. For example, plate armor in the PHB is listed as 1,500gp.

What would be the appropriate fair price for Cast-On and Off armor, which allows you to don or doff the armor with an action?
If a magic item incorporates an item that has a purchase cost in the Player’s Handbook (such as a weapon or a suit of armor), add that item’s cost to the magic item’s value. For example, +1 Armor (Plate Armor) has a value of 5,500 GP, which is the sum of a Rare magic item’s value (4,000 GP) and the cost of Plate Armor (1,500 GP).

Plate. Type: Heavy Armor Cost: 1500 gp Weight: 65 lbs. Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor.
To determine the price of spell levels, I came up with a base cost of 30 gp - this would be the cost of a spell scroll for a cantrip (plus some rarity tax and attunement tax, but see Part 1 for information on that). That base cost is then multiplied by the sum of each spell level + 1.
