5 Ιουν 2009 · Is there any way, in HTML, to include an animated GIF in an <img> tag, but automatically tell the GIF to not animate? I realize that the user can stop animation by pressing ESC or clicking Stop, but I want the GIFs not to animate at all.
Every time the user accesses the page, the animation will be started after the complete load of all the elements. This is the only way I found to sincronize gif and html5 animations. Please note that: The gif animation will not restart after refreshing the page (like pressing "F5").
This online utility lets you remove the border from a GIF animation. You can remove extra pixels from all sides of the animation or just the selected sides. You can adjust individual indents for the left, right, top, and bottom borders and this way remove borders of different widths.
28 Ιουλ 2020 · You can show an (animated) GIF and overlay a pause/play button on top of it — which is really a <details>/<summary> element. When toggled, a (non-animated) JPG inside covers the GIF, effectively “pausing” it.
