Regular stretching can help us improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and prevent or maybe ease chronic pain. For this blog post, I’ve researched some safe stretching exercises for people over 50. I do a lot of these stretches myself and I find that they help to keep the muscles around the joints nice and loose.
