28 Φεβ 1997 · POD: Planet of Death is a futuristic racing video game for Microsoft Windows released by Ubi Soft in 1997. The game is set in the distant future on the planet Io. A mining accident unleashes a fungus from within the planet on its inhabitants, causing widespread panic.
There are 3 versions of the pod one can make as a reproduction: 1) exterior only version, 2) interior only version (ie like a simulator), or 3) a full-up pod with interior. Of course if one was to do the interior, then it would have to have lighted switches, operating flat screens, etc...
17 Φεβ 1997 · This is the OEM Edition of POD (Planet of Death), this was bundled with some PC's with an Intel Pentium MMX Processor. The label says Version 2.0, but the game version is 2.1 from 17. February 1997. You can check out the README file on the disc.

8 Μαρ 2018 · The GOG version of POD Gold runs right out of the box but only in 640x480 resolution with some glaring issues. At the minimum, using nGlide and Podhacks would fix most of the issues and the rest are optional tweaks. Tested with GOG / CD Version of POD Gold on Windows 10.
