20 Απρ 2012 · Introduction. ShinyDTS v2 is an edit of ShinyDTS, created by formlesstree4. It is an emulator (or spoofing program) for the in-game Global Trade Station (GTS) in Generation IV [Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, & SoulSilver] and Generation V [black & White] games.
Poké Classic Network provides GTS, battle videos, and other related services for Generation IV and V games. It runs in combination with Wiimmfi and Kaeru WFC which provide general purpose NWFC emulation and SSL offloading, respectively.

13 Ιαν 2012 · • For Distro Server 2 (4th/5th Gen: DPPtHGSSBWB2W2) Event Pokemon! The DNS Server settings should read : Primary DNS : N/A. Secondary DNS : N/A. To test if a server is running correctly, press the Server Check button. Please change your DNS back once you are done using The Global Terminal.
Step 2: go into ds settings for wifi through the game and add the hotspot as a connection. Step 3: change the primary dns to DNS: 178.62.43.212. Step 4: turn the hotspot on and proceed to the game. Afterwards, the gts and even battling should still work!
You might've downloaded the source code from the github page rather than the EXE in the release page. Here's a link to that. Select 'Shiny2-and-a-Half-V1.5.1.zip'
