One suggestion I have is to potentially include a percentage and unique card count tracker for total English cards, total Japanese, and total English + Japanese?
With this spreadsheet, all you would have to do is know the set number (xx/xx) and you could pull up your spreadsheet on your phone at the tournament (using the google drive + sheets apps), and find out if you have the card or not. I already did the hard part of creating the spreadsheet.
The workbook pulls images for every card and collects the prices of them (in whatever currency you'd like), groups your collection by set, and all you have to do is enter each card you get with it's name, number, set name, rarity, holo and type.
